Brand Guidelines

Privacy Enablers’ brands are our most valuable corporate assets and are an important part of our intellectual property portfolio. The correct use of Privacy Enablers’ logos and other materials is imperative, as they represent our identity. 

Any unauthorized or improper use of Privacy Enablers’ brands could possibly lead to infringement or unfair competition, violation of national, European, and international laws. 

To ensure proper usage, refer to our brand usage guidelines, which assist in correctly referencing our brands and using our logos in various situations. Please adhere to these Guidelines diligently when incorporating any of our brands and logos.

General brand guidelines

You are permitted to employ Privacy Enablers’ brands and logos to refer to Privacy Enablers’ products and services, provided that you use them correctly in accordance with these Guidelines. Utilizing Privacy Enablers’ brands and logos in ways that deviate from these Guidelines or employing marks that bear a resemblance to Privacy Enablers’ brands and logos in a confusing manner may constitute a breach of Privacy Enablers’ rights.

The do’s:

  • Privacy Enablers’ brands and logos must be used correctly and only within the terms of a valid written license with Privacy Enablers.
  • You may employ Privacy Enablers’ brands in text solely to reference and/or link to Privacy Enablers’ products and services, adhering to the terms outlined in these Guidelines.
  • Write “Privacy” and “Enablers” as separate words, capitalizing the initial letters “P” and “E”.
  • Comply with our logo guidelines.

 

The don’ts:

  • Do not engage in activities or use the brands and logos in a manner that implies affiliation, partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement by Privacy Enablers of your products or services.
  • Avoid using domain names, logos, or other content that closely resembles or could be easily confused with Privacy Enablers’ brands and logos.
  • Refrain from modifying, altering, animating, distorting, or amalgamating the brands and logos with other symbols, words, images, designs, or incorporating them into taglines or slogans.
  • Do not integrate the brands and logos into your own trademarks, domain names, logos, or similar content.
  • Do not utilize the brands and logos on promotional merchandise that you intend to sell or distribute, such as t-shirts, travel mugs, etcetera.

Logo guidelines

  • Maintain a clear space around the logo to ensure its readability.
  • Avoid cluttering the logo with additional graphic elements.
  • Do not obscure the logo when used alongside photographs or intricate graphical backgrounds.
  • Safeguard the space between the logo and any adjacent text blocks or images.
  • Maintain clear space around the logo and ensures its readability.

  • Do not cover the logo on photos or complex graphical backgrounds.
